Best place Mexican restaurant in UNION hands down. When you don't have to add any seasonings to your food to you know you at Mama's house. So please take my advice and if you in Union please go hear if you want some real authentic Mexican home down slap you sombrero off your Pappas head lol. But for real enjoy.

The venue is very small, most of their orders are to go through doordash, however dont let the size and like of people fool you. In terms of the best mexican ive had in Union... 9.5 out of 10! Hands down the best Chicken de mole and Chimichangas ive had since trying food in this area.

The employees can be a little hard to understand, but they always deliver excellent customer service. Their food is cooked fresh and quickly, their prices are fairly cheap considering the fantastic quality, and they're rarely ever very busy.

As far as Mexican restaurants go down Pablo's happens to be one of the best places that you can eat. The weight staff is courteous and attentive. It is what I consider authentic Mexican food is Mexican food at a price that can't be beat. I usually don't go to Mexican restaurants because it upsets my delicate tummy but it's the 2nd term that I went to down Pablo's and it was absolutely delicious fresh food fresh vegetables it can't be beat you've got to try it.

Get the Choriqueso and don't share it. It's that good. Tell your date to get her own. If it goes to her thighs that's alright.
